Liz's family, hardworking and middle class enjoyed a modest yet beautiful home. Liz's Mom passed down the skills for creating luxury, comfort and charm from a shoe string budget. Liz's Great Grandmother decorated the town's Hotel and was known for her exquisite table scapes and Holiday Decorating. Politicians from the Washington DC area who had summer homes would request her assistance in decorating and setting up their homes.
